You will be able to admire the majestic volcano, visit important historical and cultural sites, and enjoy the lush vegetation of the area.

We will start ascending towards the great "Iztaru". At the top of the volcano, you will be able to observe the main craters and, on a sunny day, both the Atlantic and Pacific oceans can be seen.

Descending to the city of Cartago, we visit the Basilica of the Virgin of the Angels, which according to religious custom is a place of pilgrimage for many believers, then we move to the Lankester Gardens, a research center of the University of Costa Rica that protects more than 800 species of orchids and bromeliads in addition to countless other plants.

Later we will travel to the Orosi Valley, a place where creation overflows in scenery of unparalleled beauty. We will visit one of the few colonial temples and stop for lunch at a local restaurant.

You will also be able to see the rustic "Casa del Soñador", an example of primitivist art.

1- You may reschedule your trip or get your money back only if the changes are made 7 days prior the start of your tour. If you decided to do so, price increases in services (if any when you reschedule) or fees for transferring money (to get your money back) will be charged.
2- Any changes or cancellations on tour reservations can be made either by phone ( + 506 83678245) or email.
3- If you cancel 6 days before the date of the tour you will pay a penalty of 5% of the price of the package for management costs.
4- If you cancel between 4 and 5 days before the date of arrival there is a 10% cancellation fee of the tour price.
5- If cancelled 3 days before the date of arrival there is a penalty of 100% of the total reservation.
6- f no-show or not on time for your tour, 100% of the prepaid price will also be charged.
