Welcome at the Airport. Transfer to your hotel in San Salvador city.
Visit the most well known volcano in Salvador, Boqueron Volcano, followed by a Canopy tour.
Admire “el mar Negro” (land covered by lava and rocks) and visit the Pompey of America, the old archaeological site called “Joya de Cerén, declared a World Heritage site by UNESCO. Visit the Ruins of San Andrés and take the panoramic tour of Santa Ana (City centre, Gothic Cathedral, Santa Ana Theatre). Transfer back to San Salvador.
Exciting adventure to the crater of Ilamatepec which is the tallest of the Cordillera Costera and take in the impressive view of Lake Coatepeque, Izalco and Cerro Verde Volcanoes, and the Pacific Ocean. Transfer back to San Salvador. Enjoy your free time in the evening
After breakfast, transfer to Suchitoto, also called “Place of birds and flowers” where a tour through this antique city is held. You will visit art galleries, colonial architecture, beautiful cobbled stoned streets, and the old church of Santa Lucia (1853). This will be followed by a visit to Lake Suchitlán which includes a kayak trip to Pájaros Island. Transfer back to San Salvador.
Visit of the handicraft market in San Salvador followed by transfer to the Airport.
